Multitasking

Once upon a time, Maggie would ride her giraffe and then take her doggie for a walk, or vice versa. But now Maggie has successfully streamlined her workflow and is intent on riding her giraffe WHILE taking her doggie for a walk. Score another victory for toddler efficiency.

Big News

Florida

We just got back from a great long weekend in Florida. Maggie loved hanging out with her Grammy and Granddad (and so did we) - she always chose them for holding hands when we were out walking! She also enjoyed "working" on the computer with Granddad - he let her watch lots of animal videos on youtube.

Maggie learned a lot about the beach - she learned how to say "ocean" and "pelican," and liked playing in the sand. Oddly, she kissed the seashells she picked up - we don't always understand that toddler brain of hers!

Flying with her at this age was better than expected. She loved watching the airplanes at the airport, and when we were on the plane, she would look out the window and say "airplane." We don't think she even realized she was on one, though!
