Merry Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas this year - the girls were lucky enough to celebrate with all four of their grandparents, along with plenty of other beloved family members. Christmas Eve we went to Mass in the North End and then had a great feast in Wellesley, and Christmas morning we hosted breakfast (and present-opening) before heading to Wrentham for dinner. From start to finish it was a fantastic holiday, and to cap it off the Patriots overcame a 17-point deficit to clinch a playoff bye.

Festival of Lights

Last weekend we trekked to Edaville Railroad's Festival of Lights, where Maggie rode on her first amusement rides -- we were very proud of her bravery in riding some all by herself and not shedding a single tear (I was also proud of Claire for conquering her ferris wheel fears). As you can see in the first photo, Molly enjoyed the train ride through the fields of Christmas lights.

Christmas Excitement

The girls are excited for Christmas, and have been delighted by the Christmas tree in our house as well as the Christmas happenings in the neighborhood. Maggie can hardly believe it is only a few days away!

Christmas Traditions!

Every year we head to Faneuil Hall for a family picture in front of the big tree. It's amazing to see how much things have changed in the past four years! (Hint: It will take a keen eye to spot Molly in the third picture, but she's there!)

Playground Fun

Fun at the "bus" playground across the river in Cambridge.
