Maggie wants to wish everyone a happy St. Patrick's Day!
We were home this evening, while Bill was out to dinner with friends. Maggie clearly was bored (see below), and felt like we should do something more exciting on this holiday, so we decided to take her dog for a walk up and down the street. We ran into our next door neighbors who were walking their real dog, walked around the block with them, and had a great time. It made her day (that is, until she and her friend were hugging goodbye, and she fell down and hit the back of her head on the sidewalk - don't worry, she's okay). For nightsnack, she got to eat apple slices (her favorite).
All in all, an unorthodox, but fun St. Patrick's evening for me and Maggie.

Happy St. Paddy's Day Maggie. Come on, apple slices for desert? If we can get Louise to eat apple slices for dinner we're in good shape- anything to break up the monotony of yo baby and cheese.
Kisses to our favorite ginger-headed lass!
I know, I know, the apple is a lame dessert, but she's obsessed with all things apple - applesauce, apple slices, whole apples, steamed kale or spinach with applesauce mixed in, etc. She's a strange one, our Maggie!
She looks so cute - and so independent - like she's walking her puppy all on her own. Glad her head is OK!
