Going Rogue

After work today, Maggie and her parents took a lovely walk along the Greenway, with Maggie running around and climbing up-and-down steps with abandon. We walked along the harbor on our way home to dinner, with Maggie bouncing her way behind the Marriott Long Wharf, where a few chauffeured SUVs were awaiting their passengers. All of a sudden -- 1/2 term Governor Sarah Palin was about 4 feet away, heading right towards us. She flashed Maggie a smile and was in her limo before Claire or I could even consider asking for a photo of Maggie and Sarah for the blog. Quite a brush with... well, a brush with something.
