We enjoyed a perfect Independence Day weekend at Squam Lake in New Hampshire. Maggie had so much fun spending time at Camp with her Uncle Jim, Aunt Laura, cousins Jim, Alli, and Kerry, and a host of other friendly faces. The fact that a number of "woofs" were always roaming around only added to Maggie's glee. Highlights of the weekend for Maggie included a boat ride, swimming in the lake, a classic 4th of July cookout, and her first ride in a golf cart. The low point came during Sunday's foot race -- Maggie failed to grasp the concept, ventured only a few feet from the starting line, and finished towards the bottom of the ultra-competetive 1 - 3 year age bracket. But she still received a ribbon, which she very proudly displayed. Thanks so much to the Tyrrells and the Duffies for hosting us.
