We're sad to see summer come to an end, but are very glad we made it to the Cape yesterday for one last beach day. We spent the morning at First Encounter Beach in Eastham and the afternoon at the beach with friends in Wellfleet. Maggie and Molly had a tremendous time and made this long day trip totally worthwhile. We pledge to spend more time at the Cape for sure next summer.

Looks like a lovely way to say goodbye to summer. I think a Grammy/Granddad Cape visit is in order when we come to Boston next summer!
