Maggie spent her first new year's eve in the Berkshires, joining her parents' annual tradition with their dear friends Scott and Crystal. It was an idyllic trip -- a beautiful snowfall, two brisk hikes in the woods, a non-stop fife in the fireplace, and of course plenty of celebration. It was a truly perfect manner in which to welcome the new year, and Maggie is already looking forward to ringing in 2010 with Scott, Crystal, and their soon-to-be-born daughter.

Wooo hoo! We love spending New Years with the family Abely. We're still riding high on Maggie's smiles, giggles, and hugs. Hopefully 2009 will be full of even more Stedman/Abely bonding time.
